Digitisation in archives of religion and belief
Booking is now open for this year’s Religious Archives Group conference on the theme of digitisation in archives of religion and belief.
To book, visit: Religious Archives Group Conference 2025 | Thursday 2nd October 2025, 10:30am | Buy Tickets | Ticketlab
We will hear about three recent digitisation projects: The Freethinker Archive, the National Institute for Newman Studies Digital Collections, and York’s Archbishops Registers Revealed. We will also have a session on copyright considerations for digitisation projects.
The conference will take place on Thursday 2 October at The London Archives. We look forward to welcoming you to this one-day in-person event, which will run from 10.30-4.00.
The conference fee is £42.50, which includes teas and coffees throughout the day. Lunch is not provided, so an extended lunch break has been planned to allow attendees to make the most of the many cafes and restaurants in the local area.
Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment

We sincerely apologise to those who cannot attend on account of the date coinciding with Yom Kippur. We are grateful that this has been brought to our attention and will endeavour to avoid religious holidays for our future events.
